Arts & Literature Program: Wild Women of Rensselaer County

October 29, Sunday – 3pm

Rensselaer County and Troy City Historian, Kathy Sheehan, will present an illustrated talk on the “wild women” of Rensselaer County who fought in the women’s suffrage and in the temperance movements, and for improvements in education and in labor conditions.

All events are open to anyone of any town or hamlet, and unless otherwise noted, FREE.  We are grateful for the support that makes our programs possible.
This event is made possible with public funds from the Decentralization Program of the NYS Council on the Arts, administered in Columbia County by the Greene County Council on the Arts through the Community Arts Grants Fund.
