Anxiety.   It is out there.   Many of us are experiencing more anxiety than ever.

The ENNEAGRAM has been used successfully by many as a tool to gain self-understanding.  For each personality description there are specific ways to use awareness to transform anxiety into personal growth.  Suggested behaviors to handle anxiety are described for each personality.

All events are open to anyone of any town or hamlet, and unless otherwise noted, FREE.  Please call the Library to register.
This program is funded, in part, by a grant from the Fund for Columbia County, a fund of Berkshire Taconic Community Foundation.
