Christmas Eve luminaries

Drive slowly through our hamlet streets on Christmas Eve – maybe using only parking lights or walking. Enjoy ‘the warmth of joining together as a community to line our roadways in the glow of comforting candlelight, and to celebrate the joy and hope that community and the goodness of mankind offer for the future’ (G.V.). If you missed it this year, come next year.

This tradition started 40 years ago by the 4-H club leader Lyn Mitchison after a fire to the Niverville UMC.
