Summer Programming has begun with a splash and a bang. Mad Meredith from Mad Science of the Capital District shared hands on science activities related to Black & Blue Oceans. How does oil get into the ocean, is it a problem? Does it disperse and cause no more problems? The kids devised and tested techniques to handle the aftermath of an oil spill, in an oil spill simulation, and discussed how to clean up and prevent the pollution that plagues our oceans.
