A Love of Stories Leads to Literacy
The North Chatham Free Library has an excellent varied collection of books, board books, fiction and non-fiction easy readers, cartoons, graphic novels, junior fiction audio books, picture books for young children.
We also have two iPads loaded with Dr. Seuss and Mercer Mayer books, available for checkout. For those times when you can’t get here, enjoy these excellent online resources.

A virtual calendar with content that changes every day – fun daily activities and a story to read together. The New York State Library hopes that families across New York State will use this interactive calendar to develop a love for books and learning that will last a lifetime. Tumble Book Library Kids
TumbleBooks’ animated, talking picture books help teach kids the joy of reading. They add animation, sound, music and narration to existing books.
