Need a break from it all? Join us for a "Rest Stop at the Trolley Station" a guided, group relaxation hosted by longtime yoga and meditation practitioner and mental health counselor Isa Mattei.
Please bring a blanket and yoga mat (if you have one). Also consider bringing a small pillow to place under your knees and an eye mask if you would like to get extra comfortable.
After the guided meditation, we hope you'll stay for conversation and tea.
