NCFL trustee Julie Kabat at an awards celebration accepting an arts grant from CREATE at Henry Hudson Waterfront in Hudson on August 9th and explaining how the funds were used for recent programs.
CREATE administers NYS arts-related grants in Columbia, Greene and Schoharie countries.
The celebration included activities from some of the other recipients, local food providers and rides on a sloop that is related to The Clearwater project.
