Chef Romeo’s  “Soupcessful” Cooking Class at Malden Bridge Community Center

On January 31, over 20 participants listened raptly as former food professional/caterer and current NCFL Vice President Linda Romeo cleverly mixed details on the history of soup while sharing her recipes and helpful hints to making five separate winter soups: beef barley, tomato bisque, creamy broccoli cheddar, chicken Matzo ball and Lentil.

This popular, annual Live & Learn program requests eager attendees to register so there is ample room at the Center.

Make sure to mark your calendar for January 2025 the next installment of Linda’s winter soups!
